Directions from Cape Town International Airport:
Take the N2 Highway  towards Cape Town; as you approach the foot of Table mountain, take the left exit M3 Muizenberg, and travel until the end of this highway- past UCT and famous Bishop's Court. Continue on this road which becomes the Blue Route Highway across the Constantia valley until you reach a T-junction at the foot of the mountain and turn right towards Simonstown and Fish Hoek (signposted). Take the first fork to the left into Ou Kaapse Weg and enjoy a  scenic drive over the mountain, do not take the first Noordhoek/Camps bay exit at Silvermine Road but continue to the bottom of the valley and turn right into Noordhoek Ave, towards Chapmans Peak drive M6 (clearly marked with a large welcome sign ) Turn first right into Sea Cottage Drive- we are the log cabin at number 9- look out for the brown tourist direction signs.

Directions from N1 Highway

Proceed along this highway (Black River Park)a short distance keeping left, and take the N2 Cape Town exit to your left; the road sweeps sharply around and then you head toward the foot of Table Mountain. About the area

The Noordhoek valley is one of Cape Town's best kept secret destinations. Although a short drive to Cape Town and in proximity to all of the attractions of the Peninsula,  it offers a colourful village atmosphere with rustic surroundings; truly the last remaining  rural area and country village in the Cape Peninsula.

The properties are large and verdant by Cape Town standards, being remains of the farms that used to provide provisions for the Dutch ships at Simonstown. Here you will find cool leafy country lanes with road crossings for horse riders, clean fresh air unpolluted by industry.  Traffic is sparse and relaxed, which is just as well for the horse riders  that abound.

Conservation and preservation from uncontrolled development is a key priority of Noordhoek. We enjoy the proclaimed wetlands that abound with birds , the Cape Otter and other creatures. Many properties nestle on the slope of the mountains and have truly spectacular views across to the white sands of Long Beach. The more fortunate nestle at the edge of the 8km long beach of pristine white sand enjoyable venue for walking, horse riding, surfing and kite boarding.

Noordhoek faces West and one can expect a spectacular sunset most every night.  Enjoy it from our accommodation or from the decks of one of the nearby collection of country restaurants and pubs.

Mountain hiking up Chapman's Peak and through Silvermine Nature Reserve offers an accessible wilderness experience with spectacular views over the South Peninsula.
